We know that you have a lot of questions and we want to be able to answer as many as we can. Here is a list of questions that most people ask when hiring our services.

Does your DJ company use professional equipment?

All of our equipment is professional sound equipment. We also carry back up equipment just in case of mechanical breakdown.

Do you take requests?

Yes and no. We ask you ahead of time if you would like us to take requests from your guests. We also ask you if there is any specific music that you don't want to hear. When a guest asks for a request, we take into consideration the nature of the song and we check your lists. If the song is questionable or on your do not play list, we politely suggest another selection..

How do your DJ's dress for the events?

That is a very good question. Typically, our DJ's will wear formal attire to all of our events. In some cases when there are theme parties or back yard parties, we will either wear business casual or dress in the same theme as your guests.

Do your DJ's drink alcohol or smoke at the events?

Our DJ's are professionals and will not drink or smoke at your party. Plus, our DJ's will not use foul language or say off color jokes.

Will your DJ's work with the photographer and caterer?

Yes. We will be your event coordinators throughout your entire evening. Our goal is to make sure that you have a hassle free reception. We will coordinate the cake cutting, first dances, your arrival, and any other function that ensures that your event runs smoothly.

What time does the DJ arrive to set up the sound equipment?

We always arrive about an hour before your event time starts. This gives us plenty of time to get the equipment set up properly and to run sound tests.

Do you require a retainer and a contract?

Yes. we require a $150 retainer on all events and the retainer is due when you return the signed contract to us. Your event date is not guaranteed until we receive the contract and retainer  in the mail. The remainder of the balance is due on or before the day of your event. Is my retainer refundable?

No. Your retainer is non-refundable to protect us from lost bookings due to us scheduling your event.

Do you have a large music selection?

We carry a large variety of titles to ensure that we have the right song on hand for your event. If there is a specific song that you want to have played and it is one that we don't have, we will be glad to purchase it for you at no additional cost to you.

Will you meet with us prior to our event?

Absolutely. We prefer to meet with each client prior to the event. By meeting with you, it helps us get to know you and to know exactly what you expect from us. We will provide you with special event sheets that will help guide you through the event and assist in making sure that your event is a BIG success.

Can we come see your DJ's at work?

Unfortunately we can't allow prospective clients to come see us perform at a private event (would you want uninvited guests to show up at your reception). However, we sometimes perform at public dances and you are more than welcome to see us there.
